Session Four guides participants through the different types of business entities, their benefits and challenges and tax implications of each. This session will feature a business legal expert, providing entrepreneurs a better understand the liability associated with each entity and the opportunities to solicit investments. Participants will also have the opportunity address any general business law questions.
